I was referred to the SVP of HR by another Director of Recruiting. She called me to chat. She called me in for an interview. She sent me a PI test. I completed it and then she asked me to come in and meet the Staffing Manager and CEO. She made the process very easy and efficient. I am going to decline it because I have a current job staying home and doing executive search. She showed me around the office and did a great job finding out what my hot buttons were and selling me on the culture. She showed me the gym and showers, knowing I am a marathon runner-kudos to her!
