I completed a phone screening toward the end of January 2026. The hiring manager on the other end laid out in great detail the culture, expectations, challenges, and pay/benefits of the company. I followed up after a week, via email, to thank them for their time, and I emailed again the next week asking for an update. The response I received was “When we have a decision, we’ll let you know”. It’s been 8 weeks, and no one has gotten back to me.
