I would recommend that at least two people be present during the interview, even in the initial round. The interviewer appeared inexperienced and exhibited negative body language throughout the session, which made me quite uncomfortable. While the studio and other staff members were great, there is room for improvement in the interview process. For a position such as Lead Producer, it is crucial to ensure a more balanced and professional interview experience.
