I was offered an interview with IBTS earlier this year, arranged time off work, studied and prepared myself for the interview. The interviewers informed me that I would hear back the following week regarding the outcome but it seems that unsuccessful candidates are not worthy of an email to advise them that they were successful, despite me sending two follow up emails, no reply or acknowledgement from HR. Very disappointing from such a big business, I have been a blood doner to this company for many years and I just feel utterly disappointed with the overall experience.
