I cleared 3 rounds of interviews for the position and in every interview the feedback was positive, they took my consent to join the office on 30 September but later on they were not ready to provide an offer letter and gave lame excuses, at one point of time HR stops taking the call and giving a reply, I didn't get why HR do this kind of thing if they don't have any candidate answer then why they couldn't say No or give proper explanation to candidate! I was eagerly waiting for the offer letter but now doesn't need this job as I don't want to work with an organization where HR policies are at this level! Disappointed!

I attended 3 technical rounds, submitted documents after the 2nd, but received no communication after the 3rd, with HR persistently scheduling interviews but becoming unresponsive afterward – overall, a disappointing experience.Please don't attend interview in this company is waste of time.
