They reached out to me initially to inquire on my interest in a potential position and introductory interview to start. I accepted, and first met with the same recruiter who sought me. From there, I was set up for my next interview soon after, and even had back-to-back interviews that same day given how positive the reception was. From here, it went downhill. Our next (and final) interview with another individual was scheduled the next week, which was canceled two days prior as they were traveling. Our rescheduled interview was also canceled once that same individual had come back sick, with another reschedule set for the week after (This now led to the third week of waiting.) and ending subsequently with a 30-minute notice that this reschedule was also canceled, and the position had now been changing and would no longer be rescheduled. Absolute waste of time. I feel sorry for the individuals who interviewed me for the second and third time, as they were both more than kind and clearly some of the best within this organization - unlike the others I spoke with.

Two stages - overview and technical questions plus a round table with stakeholders.
The decision was made in a timely manner.
