Not great- HR called me twice over the course of two weeks for preliminary interviews. They repeated the same questions, as if we hadn’t spoken before. When I moved to the interview with the actual team, my background didn’t align with their business need. This could have been easily found out by the call with HR. Made everything seem very disorganized.
