I had the interview through Skype call with hiring manager. He asked me mostly about my work experience. It was simple interview and it didn't take long. It was ok.

Entrevista
This really has been one of the worst, most inconsiderate and discouraging interview processes I've ever been through. In February I interviewed for a project manager position in their Observer division. At that time, I was passed over. Six months later, I saw that the job was still posted so I reached out to the hiring manager. I had another phone interview with a director. I was then contacted by both HR and the director and told to sit tight, as they were reevaluating the team and were looking for a place where I might potentially fit. I was told this process would take approximately two weeks. I followed up with HR at two weeks and got no reply. I followed up again with HR at three weeks and was told they would contact the team and get back to me. I got no reply. At four weeks I reached out to the hiring manager and cc'ed HR and got no reply. Since they had advertised the job for six months and we have "full employment" in this country, you would think hiring managers and HR departments would stop acting like it's a "buyer's market" and treat applicants with more respect and consideration.
