I was attended the first phase of interview. It was great. I was given questions paper and I took around 2 hours to answer all the questions. No face to face interview during this phase.

1st stage: 30 min to 1 hour test (multiple category plus several open ended questions-response to e-mail or a reaction to client's complaint) 2nd stage: Interview with Human Resources representative 3rd stage: Interview with the department manager
