After filling out an online application I was invited to take part in a skype interview. The woman who interviewed me was really nice and was quick to answer any questions I had over email or phone before and after the actual interview. She asked me general questions about my degree, the company and why I was interested in the position before ending with one competency based question. While the initial online test to skype interview phase was really quick, I did the skype interview over a month ago and still haven't heard whether I'm through to the assessment centre or not which is slightly frustrating.
