I applied online for a previous role, to my delight they has come back when a role that aligned with my background came around. The recruiter made it seem like a for sure thing. I had a great interview with the hiring manager as well. And then I met with the Clinical Panel. This was the most toxic experience of my life. I had spent hours on a presentation for them and was constantly ridiculed and interrupted. I have never seen such a hostile environment in my life. They twisted my experience, and my words that I did not say to make my experience seem invalid. Then I told my recruiter about it. She didn't call me back for almost a week. And didn't tell the hiring team/her superior until after thr round table about my candidacy where of course I was dragged across the coles. I wrote their HR director who then took over a month to give me a very condescending and dismissive response. This was the worst interview experience I've has in my life.

Phone screen with recruiter which went well followed by an assessment. I was then set up for a 1:1 with the Product Manager who had NO interest in my background, learning about me, or the interview. It was awful, and she is not someone I would ever want to work under. Also, she’s only been with the company for three months, so she wasn’t able to answer any of my questions about growth, culture, etc. I should have headed the warnings in the other reviews- I can see how this would be a toxic environment.
