The initial call from the recruiter went very well, I was informed that the process would move quickly. After the initial call I received a schedule link to interview with the hiring manager (s). The interview went well from my perspective, when I asked at the end what traits a successful candidate would have in this role. The managers restated the strengths I mentioned in the interview. I sent a follow up interview to thank them for their time and express interest and never heard anything back. I checked the reviews on here and it looks like some others had the similar experience. I am writing this to say I would not go in with high hopes, you might get “ghosted”.
