IDS first finds reference and recommendations through other employees . They ask for resumes and then setup an interview. If no reference are found IDS posts jobs on hiring websites and ask for resumes. IDS dedicates a proper time on reading resumes. Very unbiased and open hiring process with major focus on technical skills and experience.
