I was contacted by recruiter on linkedin, and conducted a phone interview with the recruiter, then an engineering lead. A week later, I was brought in for 2 hours of in-person interviews. These interviews consisted of problem-solving exercises, which ended up taking up the majority of the interview time. The interviewers seemed either unsure of what they wanted to gather from the problem-solving exercises, or disinterested in the exercise as a whole. Lastly, the interviews started late, and felt rushed.
