The interview process started with a call with the supervisor and HR rep. They mostly asked about my past employment, what I learned from my experiences, and my strengths and weaknesses. They got back to me really quickly to set up a secondary interview and provide me with some paperwork I needed to complete beforehand. I filled out a history form and took a quiz on my work style. The interview was again with the supervisor and HR rep. We went through my most recent job positions and talked about highs, lows, what I learned from each position, and my greatest accomplishments. They really wanted to know how I would work within their organization and with the other people in their office. The final interview was a half day. I went to lunch with an employee, sat down and talked with the owners of the company, and did a mock phone call. It was extensive, but you could tell they really take a lot of care in who they hire.

The hiring process at InvitedHome was an incredibly thorough and overall positive experience. I found the position on Indeed.com and applied through their website. In addition to submitting a resume, I also wrote a culture paper. I appreciated this detail because it helps to align the values of the company with potential employees. My interview process included a phone interview, a 1:1 with the Guest Experience Team Manager, writing samples, and a working interview. Throughout the entire hiring process, I was in communication with HR and the Guest Experience Manager. They were professional, conscientious, and transparent about the position, hiring timelines, and what to expect every step of the way.
