One of the most unusual, unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.
The process was long, but what was frustrating was that they kept leading me to believe I was going to get the job. After the interview with the hiring manager, he gave me his personal cell phone to get drinks. But when I texted him, he ignored my message. Why even give me your number if you ignore my text? It made no sense. I met with two other people who told me they’d like to work with me and I’d be a great fit. The hiring manager called me the next week and said if the position was offered, would I be willing to go to an offsite in June. I say yes. I’m scheduled for an interview with the CFO next week, which is canceled on me and rescheduled three times in the same week after moving my schedule around three times to accommodate them. They finally emailed me and said he had an emergency board meeting come up, and they’ll reschedule for next week.
Only to tell me the next week they hired someone else who is better with change management even when they didn't really ask me about that question in general. Honestly, it’s a very odd, disingenuous company with dishonest people who can’t communicate appropriately, lead candidates on, and are never truly forthcoming with simple information and the most basic forms of communication.
If you’re thinking of applying I would seriously consider and read other reviews. The company is no different from other cliched company with how they treat people.
