Worse interview experience. I was deceived from day 1. My first interview was with their chief of staff that was just a cultural fit interview. Which I asked a lot of questions about some of the bad things that was been said about them on glassdoor and they assured me everything has been fixed but I was treated exactly like how I saw the reviews. The job description said Partner: Senior Software Engineer with a base salary of $5300/month but after 4 rounds of interview, I was told they're no longer hiring for a partner position and that I'll need to start as an agent with much much lower rates then hopefully someday I'll become a partner.
