Entrevista
Begin with HR screening. HR approached via LinkedIn, then give link to coding assignment. Coding assignment consists of 3 questions within 100 minutes. In general, the coding assignment has average difficulty.
If passed the coding test, there will be invitation for technical interview. Questions are about technical knowledge and handling teamwork dynamics.
If passed the technical interview, there will be interview with BOD. Questions are about knowledge and critical thinking.
If everything goes well, an offer will be proposed.

Say that we have e-commerce website. There's one product with 1 unit left in stock, and there are 2 buyers clicking checkout at almost the same time. How can we make sure only one order is processed?
There will be 2 interviews, first is with Tech Lead for technical interview to know the knowledge about tech stacks and live code with simple case. Second is with HRD to discuss about salary, locations, and availability date
