Interview process was about 3-4 weeks long. First Round of interviews consist of STAR questions, resume overview, and sales experience. Second round was a lunch interview. last interview was a 1 on 1 interview with direct external partner.

Building is 11 Greenway Plaza. Went up to the 25th floor which is very nice and was greeted by a very helpful secretary. After waiting for only 5 minutes I met the interviewer who was part of middle management. He asked me a lot of questions pertaining to why I wanted to go into finance, what were my proficiencies that would make me a good candidate for the job, etc.. I was really comfortable during the interview and was told at the end that I was not quite qualified as I was just exiting college. Instead of just kicking me out the door the manager made a phone call to another department getting me an interview. All in all I was very impressed with everything and taking the time to set up another interview for me is something that I believe is unheard of in most corporate level interviews.
