Great interview process, lady was very friendly. First had a phone interview then in person. I found that you need to prepare for interview beforehand and study definitions and terms used in the role.

Manager Interview:
Focus on showcasing your strategic design thinking and business alignment.
Prepare concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact.
Senior Designer Interview:
Have a well-organized Figma file ready to present and discuss.
Be prepared to explain design decisions and tools in detail.
HR Interview:
Highlight your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Research the company’s mission and values to align your responses.
Phone call followed by online interview. Phone call was with a recruiter and was very brief. Online interview was more detailed. Was interested in the position but the company took a long time in between rounds to get back to me so I chose another position.
