Went through HR and then had my 2nd round of interviews with all of the Divisional Managers. It was very casual and not scary. They really want to match your values with their companies values.

Questions: brief self intro, one question on most recent experience on resume, market news analysis and follow up, a simple behavorial question; Discussed onboarding time, salary, semester gap process and other details
Video interview: mostly about asset management, asked why asset management and the experiences with asset management and different asset classes; also asked some factual typing Qs such as the visas application and some available dates
