very quick and competency based. it lasted less than 1 hour and was conducted directly by the senior managers. They asked me why Invesco, why asset management. the attitude was friendly, true and informal. very good experience.
Questions: brief self intro, one question on most recent experience on resume, market news analysis and follow up, a simple behavorial question; Discussed onboarding time, salary, semester gap process and other details
Video interview: mostly about asset management, asked why asset management and the experiences with asset management and different asset classes; also asked some factual typing Qs such as the visas application and some available dates
