I went through a phone screen and two interviews, which is the standard that I'm used to. My first interview was with the VP of Marketing, who was professional and asked questions about my previous experience as well as the sort of things I'm interested in my day-to-day life. My second interview was with the VP of Marketing as well as the CEO of the company; this interview was a bit more nerve-wracking, but once I got there both gentlemen were exactly that, gentlemen. They asked a lot of questions about my previous position, what kinds of things I would be able to bring to the table if I got the position and questions about my family.
