Firstly, last minute rescheduling. Secondly, Never seen someone also self-centered about how they design. The interview was barely an interview it was the owner boasting about himself and about how design should be. Could barely get my say in what was asked. Had to run through the portfolio because of it. Thought interviews were about getting to know the candidate and how they think. Creative director was just in the audience watching the owner talk, without questions, shows how the culture really is. Avoid this at all cost, flashy salary should not trump your mental health.
