Well defined, structured interview process.
Two-way communication with a recruiter; provided interview preparation guide. The candidate knows what to expect and how the process runs. The candidate is given a tour around the office. The interview is set more like a panel interview where a candidate meets them one after another. Everyone is very friendly, time goes by so quickly.

Entrevista
Quick, easy and friendly. First couple of times just spoke with the recruiter then brought in to meet the hiring manager and the team. Pretty straightforward interview process. No surprises.
I was not followed up with following a three interview process, it was disappointing as I was continuing to reach out to the recruiter. Being in HR myself I thought this was very unprofessional.
