Entrevista
I had a few calls with the recruiter and hiring SVP early in the process. Then it moved to series of zoom calls with some people on the team and a few other execs from adjacent groups. Overall I was impressed by the quality of the conversations in the interviews and the by interview process itself. By the end I felt like I thoroughly understood the role and that Intuitive had a great picture of what I would bring to it. Additionally, the communication, transparency, and pace throughout the process were all great.

Entrevista
I was first contacted through LinkedIn, from one of the company's executive recruiters. After the initial phone screen the process consisted of one to one interviews (approx. 10), one in person and the rest over zoom. The process was well organized and the recruiter was extremely thorough. I was pleased to have had the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager three times throughout the process. During the interviews each person emphasized the mission driven culture and the company's core values.

The interview questions were a mix of competency based, strategic and situational. Each interviewer came prepared with details on my background and they all took time to carefully understand my work history and career motivations.

Entrevista
I was extremely impressed with the interview process at Intuitive. It was efficiently organized, and remarkably quick to schedule given the number of people involved. Throughout, I felt like I was having a conversation with potential colleagues to determine if we would be a good fit (both ways!), never being interrogated. All conversations included a good balance of discussion about position specifics and company culture, and were actually enjoyable!
