Preliminary interview with a global recruiter (phone). This was a pleasant call with a global recruiter who asked the basic interview questions and sought to determine if I was worth the time of the regional hiring managers for a sit down. Once she approved, an in person interview was scheduled the following week. This was a formal interview conducted by two senior sales managers and was designed to allow them to gauge the candidate for fit, ability, aptitude etc.

They really try to understand if you have what they describe as CCE (character, capacity, energy). This core idea drives the process. Capacity seems to be the big one. This means do you have the capacity to handle the job. Capacity to follow the process intuitive sets forth, Capacity to work with highly intelligent surgeons and have them trust in you as a resource.
