The interview process was very smooth. First, my recruiter was fantastic. I was a passive candidate, but he was a master at matching the open role to the things I love doing the most in communications. I did a round of phone interviews with key team members and the hiring manager, and then followed that up with 2 half days of onsite, plus an additional 2 interviews that I requested. I even got a short demo of the system, which was helpful in understanding what the robotic surgical system is really like. He also did a great job of clearly outlining the total compensation package, going beyond the basic numbers.
