I had a recruiter phone call and then a technical interview. Throughout the process, the recruiter was responding fairly quick but when I got the rejection email and asked for feedback I was ghosted. I sent a follow up email asking for feedback again and still no response, this has happened to me twice with Intuitive and I know another person who went to the presentation stage and was also left wondering why they didn’t get the job after request for feed back. It is frustrating to put in time and then be dropped off without a word. This is my last time interviewing with Intuitive. I’m quite disappointed in the process.

There was one interview with a recruiter. I was asked some basic questions about my experience, challenges I’ve had, and salary expectations. I was told the hiring process would take up to a couple months. I had minimal communication after the initial interview until I received an automated denial email.
