The best interview process I've ever experienced. You get to speak to the person you'd be reporting to on the phone early on so you know if there's a possible fit, which is huge in an EA role.
There is homework before your in-person interview, which consists of creating a PPT deck about yourself. You're also given a case study situation that you need to be prepared to discuss. They want to understand how you think.
I spent an afternoon on site, interviewing with 5 different people in various meetings. I met with everyone as a group then in sub sets. The group meeting is where you give your presentation and field questions. The sub-meetings are more like standard interviews.
The process is very respectful of the applicant's time and I had an answer within a week. Unfortunately it wasn't the answer I hoped for, but I remain incredibly impressed with Intuit and literally everyone I dealt with there.
In fact, I'm so impressed that I'm pursuing other opportunities within the company and hope to join the staff soon. The culture and integrity at Intuit is amazing.
