The 1st interview was with the hiring agency, you then have a 2nd interview over the phone with with the hiring manager. The 3rd interview was with the sales department head, then 4th with the head of finance and another with FP&A.

What do you know about the company? What is your work history? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
HR coordinator reached out a couple of days after I submitted my resume. We scheduled the interview via email. Interviewed with HR coordinator over the phone and discussed technical questions. Interview lasted 15 mins or so.

Screen people after 2 months Call for interview Reject without giving reasons Say that culture unfit even though qualification, performance, Education everything is good and waste everybody's time. No proper reasons even afer follow ups. Why to say, its nice to meet you when panel did not like the behaviour of candidate.
