Entrevista
Inverview is with two managers. Generally they tell you about the job, benefits, advancement opportunities, benefits and a little about themselves. You are then asked about yourself, your experience, and situational questions that help them see how you would handle working with customers in a call center type environment. Interviewers were very friendly which made interview less stressful. Interview over the phone lasted an hour and a half.

Entrevista
It was a phone conversation with two other people. It was informal. We discussed the qualifications on my resume. They described what was expected for the position. They also went over the benefits and wage range.
