      I got contacted by LinkedIn, I had my first technical interview and the interviewer was very respectful and nice so it went well. I have a conversation with another Recruiter with very bad practices, and I sent my schedule for the onsite interview, I didn't hear from him in weeks and then another Recruiter contacted me and reschedule, a day before the interview was canceled and we had to reschedule once again. The onside was the worse thing I saw in my life as an engineer, no introduction just a rush to start the craft demo, I didn't have any time to ask questions to the interviewers, they are expecting to finish the entire demo in two hours from scratch, and also in getting attacked several times for someone who wants to show off his terrible skills and communication, at some point I had to stop talking and remain neutral. That was the WORSE experience I got, I will never apply to that institution. The interview was so disorganized and all the time they compared this awful process with the Amazon interview process. If I was treading like that during the interview I cannot imagine working there. Fortunately, I never got contacted by them to say if I passed, if not or if they stopped hiring which I'm glad for that.

      Take home and then three technical interviews. Requested that I prepare a project presentation for the interview. Technical covered coding and architecture. Company seems very compartmentalized. Very slow getting a response, slow process overall. Seems like fairly outdated deployment processes.
