I met them at my career fair in college and talked to them about my interests and projects. They called me in the evening and scheduled an interview next day in the career fair. Two interviews - one behavioral and one technical. Both went well and they told me that I would hear back from them in a few weeks. Few weeks became more than one month and no response from them when others interviewed got hired. They rejected me as they could not create a vacancy for me. Ultimately one student backed out (my own room-mate) as he a better offer when I was reached out again and a final interview was scheduled with a Director of Design in San Diego office. I got hired.
