Entrevista
The interviews are pretty straightforward: 1) 45-min phone screening with the hiring manager, 2) on-site interviews including a presentation (case study + portfolio reviews) and four one-on-on interviews.
The phone screening was focused on behavioral questions and product prioritization / decision making process. It was quite smooth and not that difficult.
The presentation for the on-site interviews was about my previous projects and one case study highly relevant to the actual problem the role will be solving. For the case, they provided high-level context but very limited data, so it's quite hard for a candidate to tackle the problem and need to make tons of assumptions. However, in the following 1:1s, they did not care about the solution but more about why I proposed it and the thought process, so it's actually not that challenging to answer these questions and the conversations were quite engaging. Besides questions about cases, they also asked some behavioral questions in the 1:1s as well, mostly about how I made prioritization and resolved conflicts.
Overall, I'd say it's a fun interview experience and people were generally nice and friendly. However, if the case study can be less role-specific and more open, it will be better for a candidate to prepare this case in a short timeframe.

Tell me about a time you made a product prioritization
Ghosted, after putting in so much time and effort. I don't think that there is any excuse for ghosting candidates, after multiple follow ups. Its understandable that sometimes situations might have changed, say the role is being put on hold. But the least one can do is to acknowledge that they are working on providing an update.
There is a high level of accountability problem across the board for recruiters these days. They have one job (literally there is someone else for scheduling).
I won't be naming names, but what goes around comes around. After all Its a small recruiters' market.

Generic Product interview questions e.g. Fav product, what will you improve.
Some Qs specific to the role as well.
Respectful, challenging, expecting previous experience in the area. Understanding of processes and common challenges, with real examples. Discussions based on description of real scenario situations. Very senior people working and interviewing candidates.

A recruiter on Linkedin reached out about a specific role. I had a 30 minute screening interview with questions around experience and career goals. I was asked to do an urgent interview with the hiring manager the same day. I did not hear back after, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Pretty rude after accommodating their schedule.
