Initial screening call with recruiter followed by a one-way virtual interview. The virtual interview consisted of 6 pre-recorded video questions in which you have 1 min to prepare and 3 mins to answer, 1 written response to a video question, 17 multiple choice questions, and 9 written answers to questions about your experience and general job specific skills. There is a preset allotted time in which you must complete each section of the interview. It is open book and you are expected to use reference materials.

The interview process was smooth and straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter, followed by a HireVue interview. Afterward, they informed me whether I was hired. If you’re selected to move forward, they provide your start date and send an official offer letter.

The Online interview had some questions about what tax forms are used for what situation and why they are used. There are probably 10 video recorded and short-response questions overall and you will submit all of the answers at the end even you're done.
The initial interview is virtual assistant interactive, AI. It can be a bit unusual if this is your first experience. I didn't think I had done very well and wasn't expecting an offer.
