Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Intuit (Mountain View, CA) en jun 2019
Entrevista
Initial phone call with recruiter, then the manager. In the manger interview we walked through projects, work experience, career goals, company culture, and team culture.
This leads to a on site interview which is hella long. You get a take home design exercise that you wanna share you design process, concepts, and rationale to your final solution. You also have to create a deck to walk through your work. You present to a room of like 7 people of different roles.
After the hour long presentation you’ll get rounds of mini interviews where each person proves deeper on your work and process.

What ideas did you explore in a certain solution.
How did you get your team on board?
I had a Product Designer interview scheduled at Intuit, but it was cancelled last minute before the meeting and I was informed they moved forward with other candidates that already in the pipeline. The experience suggested that candidate sourcing and interview scheduling may overlap with active interview pipelines, leading to last-minute changes in timing.
Overall Neutral experience
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I started the process, after the first screening the recruiter went silent and did not move forward. Still haven’t heard back after months.
Good hiring manager who contacted me multiple times reaching out. All interviewers were very nice and chill, a glimpse into what the culture is like. Had about 4 rounds during covid, excluding initial phone chat with hiring manager. 3rd round went on for 4 hours with a panel and presentation of take home assessment (which was irrelevant to the work done at the company).
