The recruiter reach out via LinkedIn. The recruiter set-up a meeting. I've asked for the job description because initially said only quick chat phone conversation. ( Dont believe without having to ask)

Screening interviews with follow up 1 hour panel presentation and individual interviews with panelists and then final interviews with executives. Panel presentation consisted of 3 parts: introduction of self, sharing of examples of past work and then responding to a craft case prompt. To be successful candidates really need to put time and research into the craft case.

Took too long to schedule the interviews. The hiring manager was looking for a specific answer without being open-minded and considering the other aspects of the situation that was discussed.
