Contacted by internal recruiters and interviewed for 2 positions, both phone. In the end it was not a good fit but the process was fairly smooth. Their recruiting team is very good and very responsive, and would give you feedback right away if you follow up. Interview consists of intial screening by recruiters which are basic interview questions (why you are looking, what are you looking for, tell me more about what you do, etc.). If you go on to the next step interview questions depends on the hiring manager and position you are applying for - but in general, they seem to have a heavy focus on user needs/experience and "why Intuit" for you.
