It’s a rigorous process with many rounds of talking to people before a final exercise. It requires a presentation based on a prompt and case studies of previous work that are all prepared in advance.

I had a phone interview with an outside recruiter first. The recruiter was very responsive and set up the interview at time that worked for us both. We talked for 30-45 minutes about my background and experience. I was told that I would hear about next steps in a week. Unfortunately, I did not hear back for over three weeks.
