The first interview I had was good, brief and straight to the point. I was informed about the hiring process and asked to give details about my background. The person I had the interview with was the business development manager, he had a great presence, was inviting and made me feel comfortable. However after getting past first stage, I had the second stage interview with two RVP's, firstly they were late - I had to email the organiser of the interview to inform no one was on the call. They then sent me a separate link and was met with quite with less than inviting introductions. I felt uneasy, judged and didn't feel entirely comfortable with the frosty start.
