Phone interview with recruiter then straight to local interview, which was a bit unstructured but pleasant enough. Had to meet the real boss who flew in from Toronto and the local VP who would be the day-to-day senior contact. Then flew to TO for final interview. Very easy interview, nothing that the role shouldn't crush.
