An in-person interview after which I was asked to complete a communication campaign case study which required a few hours of work to be done properly. No news since submission. When after 2 weeks I asked for an update and feedback on my work, I received a rather abrupt response that the process is taking longer than expected and have had no news since - after over 2 months. For the record, the case study I submitted was (as one of the interviewers admitted to a third party) "very good". Unacceptable, unprofessional and arrogant to ask a candidate to invest time and not care to communicate. Especially for comms professionals!!!
