Had an initial interview with the HR manager, who turned out to be the owners wife. The interview did not start on time, as she was on another call when I arrived. This first interview took about 30 minutes. A full week later, I was called and asked to return for a second interview so I could meet the owner of the company. This interview also did not start on time, even though it was scheduled in the late evening to accommodate the owners busy day. This interviews lasted about an hour. Almost a full month went by before I actually received a final decision and a formal offer.
