The internal HR calls and discusses your profile and revenue. If they think you are a match, you'll move forward. They also give a small written assignment to complete. It's a very weird and unpredictable process. They'll ask you the same things repeatedly and reject you for no sensible reason if they're in the mood. This company behaves like they are elite, like they're Google or on the same level as them. I feel like it depends on the interviewer, if it's a sensible person they will put you forward and if not, they'll reject you. Don't apply with high expectations.
