Met with Dept Manager and Director. Thorough questions looking for insight to how daily workflow and issues would be handled. Met with both managers at once which was a little intimidating. Overall the process was average and I was successful. I enjoyed my time with Interthinx when it was a small, independent company. Nothing else to add.

Very Basic they asked a few questions about my past and my skills. How long have I been in the industry? How familiar am I with technology and development using Java and Visual Basic.
