Hiring manager reached out 2 weeks after applying saying my resume stood out among the applicants. Panel interview (Aug 1st) with hiring manager and two team members asking about projects and experience and some behavioral questions. Followed up few times after interview. First follow up they were still interviewing, 2nd Follow up (Sept 6) they finished and starting decision process. Nothing but silence since then. I feel like I didn't get the offer and they didn't update my application since it still says under consideration.
