The process took about two weeks. In the first interview, they asked me questions about my self, like strengths, weaknesses, and some qualities, and then they asked me about my experienced. It was very relaxed and they were very personable. We didn't discuss the job in itself more until the second interview, and they explained more of what I would be doing. They asked if I was ok with travel, since it is a requirement of the job, and I said yes.
