Entrevista
I was scheduled to interview at the same time as somebody else. We waited for approximately 25 minutes while the interviewer fumbled around a desk looking through paper work. The other applicant was then interviewed as I sat outside listening to the entire discussion. Their interview lasted about 40 minutes. No discredit to the other applicant interviewing but they didn't even have an active material handling certification necessary for the position. When my interview began, I felt as though I was being swept under the rug by the interviewer. They would interject while I was answering their questions and I noticed they didn't ask me all of the questions that were read to the other applicant.

It was a phone interview and then an in person interview. They asked about your strengths, your past jobs and about you as a person. They talked about the company, job, hours, etc.

It was easy and well organized, the staff are very friendly and especially the management. It was quick and easy and right to the point. I really enjoyed this interview because they went right to the point of the job and it was good
