Met first with a Recruiter who detailed high level overview of the role, company and interview process.
Met with the hiring manager who explained the role in more detail. Met with a couple of team members who I'd be working closely with. Then met with an executive team member. The process moved quickly and everyone was very transparent and warm.

The process was spread out over almost 3 months. There were a total of 3 interviews with the final being a panel. It’s shame to waste that much time and become they invested in the process and not receive an offer. Extremely misleading and disappointing. The questions during the interviews weren’t difficult, but the process itself should be reviewed and improved. I believe that you can find a more streamlined approach that doesn’t waste so much time.
